Policy and Terms

First Order / Reorder

  • First order minimum is $400
  • Reorder minimum is $300
  • Each item ordered has a minimum quantity of two pieces
  • Line sheet is subject to being updated without notice, so consult before orders for any new products
  • All orders will require a 50% deposit upon ordering
  • Invoice must be paid in full before order ships
  • Invoices will be sent via Shopify

Order Time / Delivery

  • Shopper covers shipping costs, which will be added to invoice
  • Orders will be shipped within 8–10 weeks from the order date
  • Orders are shipped via UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation.
  • If you have a shipping account with UPS, please notify during the ordering process.

Nature of Handmade

  • Every piece is handmade on the wheel which can result in minor variations in size and color
  • Work is photographed to represent the colors, size and shape as accurately as possible. There may be some difference in color from real-life to the photos based on your computer screen
  • Please set your expectations accordingly

Damaged / Lost Goods

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival
  • If any items arrive damaged, please send an email to hello@christiahee.com with photos of the shipment box(es) and of the broken piece(s)
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of shipment’s arrival due to time-sensitive insurance claims
  • If any items seem to be missing, please send an email to hello@christiahee.com with the items missing, quantity missing, and invoice number
  • All claims will be reviewed and when applicable, replacement arrangements will be made
